Capt. Scotty Taylor is a USCG licensed captain with his Masters designation. He is the Senior Pro Guide and Team Captain for Guy Harvey Outpost Resorts’ Camp Mack on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, as well as the Official Guide for VisitCentralFlorida.org – the Central Florida Sports Marketing and Polk County Tourism Board.
Central Florida has hundreds of lakes with 554 lakes in Polk County – and 50 lakes in or on Winter Haven city limits alone – and is world-famous for it’s trophy largemouth bass fishing. Captain Scott guides these waters full-time on a daily basis and he knows where those big fish live and hide.
The Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, including Lakes Toho, Cypress, Hatchineha, and Kissimmee out of Camp Mack, a Guy Harvey Lodge, Marina & RV Resort offer a glimpse into Olde World Florida. Not only do these lakes consistently produce trophy bass, it is mostly undeveloped and guests regularly see huge alligators, eagles, deer, and turkey during their trips.
Capt. Scott specializes in fishing for Central Florida trophy largemouth bass with artificial baits, and the boat is loaded with a wide array of soft plastics (including worms, flukes, craws, and swim baits), topwater walking baits and frogs, jigs, punch baits for heavy mats & grass, and jerk baits. We will also help guests who wish to fish with live shiners. The most popular trips focus on fishing with artificial baits while occasionally using shiners to entice and fire-up a few big fish.

We believe that fishing should be affordable for families and that is why our rates are lower than most guide services. You will get first-class service, experience, and equipment without the “luxury” price tag.
Your fishing trip takes place on a fully equipped, fully loaded, spacious and stable FX21LE Skeeter bass boat powered by a Yamaha 250HP SHO Four Stroke engine and Minn Kota Ultra iPilot wireless remote trolling motor. All equipment onboard is tournament-grade with both spinning & bait casting combos.
TMC Guide Services, LLC is a “Catch & Release” bass fishing guide service. If a guest catches a trophy-sized fish they want to keep for a wall mount, all measurements and photos will be taken so a replica can be made. We take great care to preserve our resources so that future generations can share what we enjoy.
Eco Sightseeing trips are available on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes leaving from Camp Mack in Lake Wales and showcases Old World Florida in it’s natural state featuring alligators, eagles, osprey, deer, turkey and other wildlife. The Winter Haven South Chain of Lakes tour from Lake Summit near Legoland, is a journey through Winter Haven and it’s beautiful lakefront homes with ospreys, eagles, other wildlife, and occasional alligators. We invite you come out and spend a day in Sunny Central Florida with us and enjoy all that we have to offer!

We'll be fishing out of a FX21LE Skeeter Bass Boat powered by Yamaha Vmax SHO 250 with plenty of deck space, comfortable seats and equipped with the latest electronics to keep us on the fish all day long. We provide all the rods and tackle but you're free to bring your own.

Refunds will be given if a trip is cancellled due to weather or other factors, at the Captain’s discretion. A client may receive a full refund if cancelling more than 7 days in advance.
